GTC is seeking a maintenance technician to keep CNC machine tools production-ready, aligned with OEM standards, and to operate within an Ownership For All culture from day one.

You will triage, diagnose, and repair equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with operators and production teams to maximize uptime on the Cincinnati floor while upholding safety and documentation standards.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years maintenance experience on manual and CNC machinery.
• US citizenship required.
• High school diploma or GED; technical certification preferred.

• Triage, diagnose, and repair equipment; return assets to service quickly.
• Execute preventive maintenance and condition-based checks.
• Coordinate with third-party service organizations as needed.
• Identify, source, and order required parts.
