Job summary

ALIGN PRECISION Horsham is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead CNC machining operations at our state-of-the-art facility in Horsham, PA. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while building high-performing teams and scalable manufacturing systems.

You will partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet customer commitments, implement continuous improvement, and develop talent across production, control, and support functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience in a precision machining environment.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing production teams in CNC machining operations.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, setup reduction, production flow, process control, and manufacturing constraints.
• Proven success improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and Cost performance.
• Demonstrated experience leading Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of 5S, visual management, standard work, and problem-solving methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Translate production requirements into clear priorities for team leads, machinists, and operators.
• Monitor workflow, machine utilization, staffing, and throughput to maximize productivity.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to material availability, equipment performance, labor, and process constraints.
• Coordinate recovery plans with cross-functional teams when performance falls behind plan.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations leadership to address capacity constraints and future needs.
• Develop and execute apprenticeship, training, cross-training, and career development programs.
