Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of Operations Management experience (or a Graduate Degree with 4+ years; 10 years if no degree) and Siemens NX/Master-CAM CNC programming expertise. Travel is limited; US Secret Clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 6 years prior relevant Operations Management experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years prior related Operations Management experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related Operations Management experience.
• Siemens NX and Master-CAM CNC Programming Experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Canoga Park Site's CNC Programming process.
• Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of the CNC Programming processes and personnel.
• Provide leadership and vision to the NC Programming team; drive cost, quality, schedule and delivery goals.
• Travel is limited to 10% or less.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance.
