Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Canoga Park, CA, is seeking an Associate Manager of CNC Programming to lead the site’s CNC Programming processes, directing and organizing the team to meet cost, quality, schedule and delivery targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of Operations Management experience (or a Graduate Degree with 4+ years; 10 years if no degree) and Siemens NX/Master-CAM CNC programming expertise. Travel is limited; US Secret Clearance may be required.

Job Description:

Associate Manager of CNC Programming is responsible for leading the Canoga Park Site's CNC Programming process. The position will plan, organize, and direct all aspects of the CNC Programming processes and personnel. Provides leadership and vision to the NC Programming team. Accountable for all aspects including but not limited to developing strategies and focusing on the execution to meet cost, quality, schedule and delivery requirements.

Essential Functions:

• Candidates must be capable of leading a diverse team and collaborating in a cross-functional organization to deliver results
• Provide short and long-range planning for CNC Programming, including staffing and ensure consistency across the processes.
• Candidates must have a demonstrated ability to organize and complete objectives and tasks
• Travel is limited to 10% or less
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance

Qualifications:

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 6 years prior relevant Operations Management experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related Operations Management experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related Operations Management experience
• Siemens NX and Master-CAM CNC Programing Experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Vericut experience and post processing knowledge.
• Experience with initial implementation and/or continuous improvement of CNC CAM systems.
• Master CAM 2022, Siemens NX12 or NX1992 knowledge and application
• NX Post Builder expertise.
• NX Machine tool Configurator expertise.
• Capable of leading a diverse team and collaborating in a cross-functional organization to deliver results

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California is $88,000 - $164,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
