Job summary

L3Harris Canoga Park is seeking an Associate Manager of CNC Programming to lead the CNC Programming process for the Canoga Park Site. You will plan, organize, and direct all CNC Programming activities, providing leadership and vision to the NC Programming team to meet cost, quality, schedule and delivery targets.

The role requires leading a diverse team, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 6 years prior relevant Operations Management experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related Operations Management experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related Operations Management experience.
• Siemens NX and Master-CAM CNC Programing Experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team and collaborate in a cross-functional organization to deliver results.
• Provide short and long-range planning for CNC Programming, including staffing and ensure consistency across the processes.
• Demonstrate ability to organize and complete objectives and tasks.
• Travel is limited to 10% or less.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance.
