Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required with 6+ years related experience; or a Graduate Degree with 4+ years.
Alternative: 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Proficiency in reading engineering drawings using GD&T.

Responsibilities

Develop and revise CNC machining programs to meet engineering, quality, and efficiency standards.
Verify programs through prove-outs on production machines and ensure proper work-holding and tooling specifications.
Optimize cycle times while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain program documentation and revision control.
Create and update manufacturing work instructions while troubleshooting production issues on the shop floor.
Train machine operators as required.
Support continuous improvement initiatives through opportunities that positively impact the business.
Generate and present project updates using PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
