Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this job is to program, troubleshoot, and support CNC machining activities within the organization. This position will develop, design, install, and maintain new processes, tests, and control systems.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  1. Adhere to Integer Values and all safety and quality requirements, including but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies, operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
  2. Participate in complex technical projects, coordinating internal and external resources/vendors to meet project requirements within designated timeframes.
  3. Develop, document, and validate CNC programs for various CNC equipment.
  4. Develop specifications and research sources for equipment/components to meet customer requirements.
  5. Work with setup associates to proof out and approve programs and setup sheets; identify, develop, and implement new technology or improvements to existing technology.
  6. Prioritize and follow up on production support projects based on overall need and schedule requirements.
  7. Implement solutions to improve capacity, efficiency, and safety in areas of responsibility.
  8. Perform complex troubleshooting, repairs, modifications, and maintenance of systems and equipment.
  9. Continuously seek process improvements and cycle time reductions.
  10. Troubleshoot and correct problems promptly.
  11. Train or assist associates on equipment and related operations, including specialized setup, interpreting work instructions, process instructions, and reading print specifications.
  12. Perform other functions as required.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
  • Minimum Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent; 2-5 years with an associate's degree in a technical field.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read and develop technical drawings/prints, technical writing skills, computer operation skills, capable of creating basic programs for machines using provided software, proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, knowledge of GD&T.
  • Special Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal), strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

MasterCAM experience preferred.

Range: $30.54-$40.72/hr
