Job summary

B&B Manufacturing, now part of Solve Industrial Motion Group, is seeking a CNC Programmer who will program, set up, and operate CNC machines using FANUC controls to produce precision components.

The role emphasizes reading blueprints, maintaining tool changes, and meeting production schedules while ensuring quality. Candidates with Swiss CNC experience are preferred and will work across multiple machines in a team focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading blueprints and GD&T basic concepts.
• Experience programming with FANUC controls (G/M codes).
• Ability to set up and run CNC machines on multiple setups.
• Must read, write, and comprehend English.
• Knowledge of current tooling and measurement methods.

Responsibilities

• Performs CNC setup, operation, and programming to meet specifications.
• Reads instructions and blueprints to ensure correct component production.
• Selects tools/fixtures and secures workpieces for print compliance.
• Maintains set feed rates and spindle speeds for various machines.
• Verifies parts with micrometers and gauges to ensure tolerances.
• Operates Haas/Robo Drill and Tsugami Swiss Mill as required.
