You will also handle cost estimating, quoting, and quality documentation, ensuring on-time delivery and continuous improvement across production, quality, and shipping teams.

• Demonstrated CNC programming experience in sheet metal fabrication.
• Proficiency with CAD software and CNC programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes, tooling, and materials.
• Familiarity with equipment and manufacturing standards.

• Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting production and quoting deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for laser cutting, punching, press brake, and other sheet metal fabrication equipment.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, CAD models, and customer specs to determine manufacturing requirements.
• Select tooling, materials, and methods to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Design manufacturing fixtures as needed and establish routings per standards.
• Collaborate with production to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Prepare cost estimates based on material, labor, machine time, and outside services.
• Support the sales team with timely, accurate quotations.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation including inspection reports and FAI.
