The ideal candidate will have hands-on programming experience, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with production, sales, quality, and shipping to optimize manufacturing outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated CNC programming experience in sheet metal fabrication.
• Proficiency with CAD software and relevant CNC programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes, tooling, and materials.
• Familiarity with manufacturing standards and quality documentation.

Aufgaben

• Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for laser cutting, punching, press brake, and other sheet metal equipment.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, CAD models, and customer specs to determine manufacturability.
• Select tooling, materials, and production methods to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Design manufacturing fixtures and establish routings per standards.
• Collaborate with production to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates based on material, labor, and machine time.
• Support sales with timely quotations.
• Prepare quality documentation including inspection reports and FAIs.
