Arsenal Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Setup/Programmer in Las Vegas to create, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for 3-axis mills and 9-axis lathes.

You will translate engineering drawings into precise machine instructions and collaborate with engineers, machinists, and production teams to ensure quality parts. The role requires strong CAD/CAM experience, knowledge of G-code/M-code, and a commitment to accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of CNC programming/work experience.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for generating tool paths.
• Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, feeds and speeds.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications accurately.
• ISO 9001 familiarity a plus, AS 9100 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs from engineering drawings using 3-axis mills and 9-axis lathes.
• Use CAD/CAM software to generate tool paths and select tooling.
• Write and optimize programs to minimize cycle times and waste.
• Set up machines and run first article inspections.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to validate programs.
