Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent, full-time position with relocation provided. The successful candidate will be a key player in our manufacturing operations, responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts. The role demands a strong understanding of machine mechanics, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality products. Salary: $50 - $65 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CNC programs for various types of machinery, including mills, lathes, and tool and die machines.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
• Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet requirements.
• Analyze and select appropriate cutting tools for various machining operations.
• Collaborate with engineers and machinists to optimize workflow and improve manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Continually update job knowledge and learn about new machining technologies and techniques.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in using CAD/CAM software, specifically CATIA and Vericut.
• Extensive knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
• Expertise in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and designs.
• In-depth understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
