We are an Aerospace company looking for a CNC Programmer to join our growing team!

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our dynamic engineering team. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines to fabricate parts and components, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming, with expertise in G Code, 5 Axis, Micrometers, Lathe, Tool and Die, Mill, and Tooling.

Salary: $40 - $44 per hour

Responsibilities
  1. 1. Develop and implement CNC programs for various machines including lathes, mills, and other equipment using G Code and other relevant programming languages.
  2. 2. Utilize 5 Axis machines to produce complex parts and components.
  3. 3. Measure and inspect parts with precision tools such as micrometers to ensure adherence to specifications.
  4. 4. Operate lathe equipment to produce high-quality parts.
  5. 5. Design and build tool and die sets for use in the production process.
  6. 6. Operate mill machines efficiently and safely.
  7. 7. Develop and implement tooling strategies to optimize production efficiency and quality.
  8. 8. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and production processes.
  9. 9. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  10. 10. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative solutions and improve production processes.
Qualifications
  1. 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming, preferably in the engineering industry.
  2. 2. Proficiency in programming and operating CNC machines, with specific expertise in G Code and 5 Axis machines.
  3. 3. Experience in using precision measuring tools such as micrometers.
  4. 4. Experience in operating lathe and mill machines.
  5. 5. Proven ability to design and build tool and die sets.
  6. 6. Strong knowledge of tooling strategies and their implementation.
  7. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  8. 8. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  9. 9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  10. 10. A commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
