Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CNC programming role in the engineering industry.
  • 2 or 4 year Tech Degree required (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in programming with Mastercam software.
  • Demonstrated experience with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Extensive knowledge of tool and die, including the ability to create and modify fixtures and tooling.
  • Experience with CMM equipment for part inspection and validation.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machine setup and operation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and write precise CNC programs using Mastercam for manufacturing various parts and components.
