Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine machining requirements.
• Program CNC machines using SolidWorks and FeatureCAM.
• Set up machines with tools, attachments, and raw materials.
• Operate Haas VF-8/40 milling machine and monitor performance.
• Adjust machine settings and calibrate equipment to spec.
• Perform first article inspections and quality checks.
• Maintain and clean machines and keep production records.
• Manage scrap and keep work area organized.
