Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in CNC machining or equivalent training.
• Experience reading blueprints and interpreting specifications.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and CNC programming.
• HAAS VF-8/40 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, drawings, and specs to determine machining requirements.
• Program CNC machines using SolidWorks and FeatureCAM.
• Set up CNC machines with tools and materials for production.
• Operate Haas CNC milling equipment to spec.
• Calibrate and adjust machine settings for accuracy.
• Perform first article and in-process quality checks.
• Maintain machine and production records, and keep area clean.
• Manage scrap and uphold safety/compliance standards
