Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical blueprints to determine machining requirements.
• Program CNC machines to create precise instructions using CAD/CAM tools.
• Set up CNC machines with tools, attachments, and materials.
• Operate Haas VF-8/40 milling machines to spec.
• Adjust and calibrate machine parameters for accurate parts.
• Perform first article inspections and quality checks.
• Maintain and clean CNC machines; document maintenance logs.
• Manage scrap and keep a tidy, organized workspace.
