Archon Resources LLC in Claremore, OK is seeking a CNC Programmer to develop, optimize, and validate CNC programs that transform engineering designs into precision-machined parts for aerospace, defense, space, automotive, and energy customers.

You will work primarily with Esprit, Edgecam, and Catia to create efficient tool paths and set up tooling and workholding, collaborating with machinists and quality inspectors to ensure first-pass conformance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in CNC Programming required.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering is a plus.
• 3+ years of CNC programming experience in a precision manufacturing environment; aerospace/defense experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using Esprit, Edgecam, and Catia to machine precision parts to drawings and specs.
• Import and translate 3D CAD models into CAM toolpaths, selecting cutting strategies, feeds, speeds, and tooling.
• Design and program tooling, fixtures, and workholding to support repeatable setups.
• Generate and verify post-processed G-code/M-code for multi-axis machining centers.
• Collaborate with machinists to validate first-article programs and troubleshoot issues on the shop floor.
