Job summary

ETS is seeking a CNC Programmer to join our Albany facility. This in-person role focuses on developing CNC programs for horizontal and vertical machining centers, leveraging Mastercam and multi-axis capabilities to meet aerospace, medical, automotive, and telecom component requirements.

You will collaborate with engineering and quality teams, troubleshoot processes, and maintain setup instructions and tooling lists to ensure precise, efficient production.

Qualifications

• Proven CNC programming experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong reading comprehension and blueprint interpretation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed CNC programs for horizontal and vertical machining centers using CAM software.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance with specs.
• Troubleshoot and optimize machining processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Create and maintain setup instructions, tooling lists, and required documentation.
