Qualifications

• Strong math and problem-solving abilities including algebra and trigonometry.
• Excellent blueprint reading and technical comprehension skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed CNC programs using multi-axis CAM software for machining centers.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing programs to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Create setup instructions and support machinists during initial part production.
