The ideal candidate has 10+ years of CNC programming, experience with UG 3-D modeling, and strong teamwork and organizational skills to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years CNC programming experience.
• Experience with NX, MasterCam X5 and Vericut software.
• Experience working with 3-D models (UG).
• Experience programming 2-D, 3-D, and 3/4/5-axis machines.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Program offline for 2-D, 3-D, and 3/4/5-axis machines using MasterCam, NX, and Vericut.
• Collaborate with CNC operators to ensure program accuracy and usability.
• Implement the latest machining technologies and programming practices.
• Create and maintain accurate set-up sheets for machining operations.
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
