Job summary

Dynomax, Inc is expanding with state of the art CNC machines and seeks a skilled Mastercam Programmer. This dedicated role focuses on CNC programming, not machining, for complex aerospace tooling and molds.

The candidate will program 3- and 5-axis parts, create tool sheets, and develop macro programs for Fanuc, Siemens, and Heidenhain controls while collaborating with engineers to ensure precision and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in programming CNC machines using Mastercam or NX
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles
• Experience with G-code and M-code programming
• Able to read and interpret blueprints/ddocs for aerospace tooling

Responsibilities

• Program complex parts from blueprints for 3-axis and/or 5-axis milling
• Create tool sheets and setup instructions for each CNC program
• Perform macro programming for Fanuc, Siemens, and Heidenhain controls
• Work with process engineers and machine operators to ensure quality parts
• Maintain tolerances and dimensional accuracy in production
