Job summary

SON-AERO (Sonfarrel Aerospace) seeks an experienced CNC Machinist in Anaheim, California, to program and operate CNC machines including Haas and Doosan models. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of setup and MasterCam programming experience, alongside proficiency in blueprint interpretation and teamwork skills.

This role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities and the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment. U.S. citizenship or residency is a must due to ITAR regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of setup experience.
• 5+ years of MasterCam programming experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Program using MasterCam to run parts on various CNC machines.
• Set up Machining Centers with Haas and DOOSAN controls.
• Inspect parts with shop floor inspection equipment.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings

Experience setting up 3‑axis, 4‑axis, 5‑axis mills

Ability to troubleshoot production and setup problems

Ability to program Haas and Doosan milling centers

Proficient in reading and writing English

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Degree or diploma from a college or vocational school in CNC machining
