Job Duties

• CNC Programming
• Train new hires / Cross-train existing employees
• Responsible for department quality output
• Inspect and measure parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Read engineering documents such as prints, routing, and process instructions
• Proper handling of measurement tools
• Maintain all equipment in good operating condition
• Safely perform all responsibilities with adherence to company policy
• Perform side operations as required while CNC is running (e.g., deburring)
• Fill out scrap reports
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Other duties as assigned
