Dynatect Manufacturing in New Berlin, WI is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with 4+ years of CNC programming experience to develop and optimize milling and turning programs using Edgecam. You will read blueprints, GD&T, and set tooling and parameters to ensure parts meet specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and edit CNC programs for milling and turning operations using Edgecam
• Program CNC machines using G-code and CAM software
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T
• Select appropriate tooling, cutting parameters, and machining strategies
• Set up and prove out CNC programs, making adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to improve part quality and efficiency
• Train and support CNC operators on machine operation, programs, setups, and procedures
• Perform in‑process inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Maintain quality standards and ensure finished parts meet specifications
