Job summary

ABW Technologies Inc. in Arlington, WA is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to design and program parts for mills and live tool lathes. The role requires 2 years of experience developing programs and strategies to produce machined parts with a balance of speed and quality.

You will create 3-D models, tool paths for 3-5 axis machines, and shop documentation for setup while applying industry standards. Mentoring junior programmers and ITAR-compliant access are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience developing programs and strategy to design data and produce machined parts from mills and live tool lathes.
• Ability to train and mentor junior programmers.
• Creates shop documentation for machine setup and complies with industry standards.
• Designs 3-D models, drawings, and specs for fabrication; creates 3-5 axis tool paths; knowledge of G-Code and offsets.

Responsibilities
