Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on Mastercam programming experience.
• Solid print reading skills and understanding of GD&T.
• Ability to read and interpret CMM reports and verify data using measuring tools.
• Ability to work directly on the shop floor to diagnose and resolve machining issues.
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of file and data management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and programs machining processes for complex components using Mastercam.
• Designs machining strategies, toolpaths, and fixtures for multi-axis CNC machines.
• Supports projects from programming through production release and optimization.
• Troubleshoots machining, tooling, and quality issues on the shop floor.
• Mentors machinists, operators, and other programmers.
