Job summary

Marvin is seeking a CNC Programmer to develop and maintain CNC programs for doors and windows in our Made-to-Order department. You will optimize programs with AlphaCam, InventorCam, and Xilog while applying ECN changes and collaborating with launch teams.

The role requires strong CNC skills, plus wood door product knowledge and proficiency with Marvin Docs, design prints, and Office 365. A high attention to detail is essential for pilot runs and sample preparation.

Qualifications

• Superior CNC and programming skills.
• Strong math skills including algebra and trigonometry.
• Excellent reading, listening, writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNC programs for automated equipment.
• Support Made-to-Order department and implement engineering changes.
• Create and optimize CNC programs using AlphaCam, InventorCam, and Xilog.
• Prepare samples and pilot runs for new product launches.
• Attend staff meetings and record minutes.
