Marvin is hiring a CNC Programmer to develop and maintain CNC programs for our window and door production. You will work with AlphaCam, InventorCam, and Xilog to implement ECNs, support Made-to-Order needs, and optimize tooling and processes.

Qualifications

• Must have CNC programming and strong math foundations.
• Reading comprehension and communication skills required.
• Detail oriented with problem solving and time management.
• Experience with Office 365 and design software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNC programs for automation of equipment.
• Create and optimize CNC programs for standard and custom door designs.
• Review and release special orders and assist pilots for new launches.
• Attend meetings and contribute to improvement teams.
