Marvin is seeking a CNC Programmer to develop and maintain CNC programs for our Made-to-Order department, supporting production of windows and doors. You will optimize programs using AlphaCam, InventorCam, and Xilog, implement ECNs, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree in CNC programming preferred.
• Associate degree in CNC programming or related computer field.
• 3+ years in Programming / CNC / AutoCAD Programming.
• 5 years of door product knowledge is a plus; certification helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNC programs for automation equipment.
• Create and revise programs for ECNs and custom door designs.
• Review and release orders from GCOD holds; assist with samples.
• Support pilot runs for new product launches and attend meetings.
