Job summary

Marvin is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to develop and maintain programs for automated production of wood doors and windows. You will support the Made-to-Order Department by creating efficient CNC programs using AlphaCam, InventorCam, and Xilog, while implementing engineering changes and responding to unique customer designs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review ECNs, and participate in pilot runs for new product launches.

Qualifications

• Must have superior CNC and computer programming skills.
• Strong math abilities including algebra and trigonometry.
• Excellent reading comprehension and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNC programs for automation of equipment.
• Create and optimize CNC programs for standard and unique door designs.
• Implement ECNs and revise programs as required to improve designs.
• Assist with pilot runs, samples, and launch preparations for new products.
• Review and release special orders from GCOD holds; support launch teams.
• Attend staff meetings and record minutes; contribute to continuous improvement.
