Job summary

Marvin is seeking a CNC Programmer to develop and maintain programs for our wood windows and doors. You will support the Made-to-Order Department by creating CNC programs using AlphaCam, InventorCam, and Xilog, implementing ECNs, and optimizing designs for unique customer requests.

The role requires strong CNC, math, and reading skills, plus attention to detail and time management. A high school diploma is required; an associate degree in CNC programming or related certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree in CNC programming or related field preferred.
• Certification from an accredited technical school in CNC programming is valued.
• 3+ years’ experience with Programming / CNC / AutoCAD Programming.
• 5 years of door product knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Office 365 apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNC programs for automated equipment.
• Create and revise programs for customer designs and ECNs.
• Prepare for pilot runs and support launch teams for new products.
• Review and release special orders from GCOD hold.
• Attend meetings and document minutes; maintain organization and data.
