Marvin is seeking a CNC Programmer to develop and maintain programs for automated equipment in our Made-to-Order department. You will optimize CNC programs for standard products and custom door designs, supporting ECNs and file organization while collaborating with launch teams.

You should have strong CNC skills, math ability, and experience with Marvin Docs, InventorCam, AlphaCam, and Xilog. Join a team focused on growth and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have superior CNC and computer programming skills.
• Strong math skills including algebra and trigonometry.
• Experience reading design prints and using measurement tools.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and related software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNC programs for automation equipment.
• Create and revise programs for standard and custom door designs.
• Support ECN implementation and file organization.
• Prepare samples and assist pilot runs for new launches.
