Job summary

Marvin is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to develop and maintain CNC programs driving production of windows and doors. You will use AlphaCam, InventorCam, and Xilog to create programs for standard products and bespoke door designs, while supporting engineering changes and pilot launches.

The role emphasizes excellent math, reading, communication, and meticulous attention to detail, with opportunities to grow within a family-owned leader in the window and door industry.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher required.
• Associate’s degree in CNC programming or related field preferred.
• Certification from an accredited technical school valued.
• 3+ years’ experience with Programming / CNC / AutoCAD programming.
• Knowledge of wood door components and species a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNC programs for automation of equipment.
• Create and optimize CNC programs for standard and unique door designs.
• Support ECN implementation and design changes.
• Prepare samples and pilot runs for new product launches.
• Attend staff meetings and maintain thorough documentation.
