Qualifications

• 5+ years as a CNC Programmer in manufacturing.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software, G-code, and M-code.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong machining processes, tooling, and material knowledge.
• Experience in project quoting and cost estimation.
• Excellent problem-solving and detail orientation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Commitment to safety protocols.
• High school diploma or equivalent; related degree or CNC cert is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create CNC programs for various machinery using CAD/CAM.
• Interpret drawings to ensure accurate programming and manufacturing.
• Conduct machine setup and trial runs to validate programs.
• Collaborate with production to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain records of programs and revisions.
• Provide technical support and training to operators.
• Continuously optimize CNC programs for productivity and quality.
• Participate in project quoting and cost estimation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe environment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
