Qualifications

• 5–7 years of CNC or program-related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret drawings, blueprints, and procedures.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, vendors, customers, and coworkers.
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts and statistical process controls.

Responsibilities

• Analyze part drawings to determine optimal machining methods.
• Transfer part geometry from server to CAD/CAM software packages.
• Select tools, speeds, and feeds based on material and machine.
• Maintain setup sheets and paperwork.
• Download and upload programs into equipment.
• Collaborate to address manufacturing problems and improve processes.
