Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a CNC Programmer on 1st shift to develop and optimize CNC programs for milling and machining, partnering with engineering and production to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.

Responsibilities include creating and optimizing programs, interpreting blueprints and GD&T, supporting machine setup, tooling selection, and first-run success, and collaborating with machinists and engineers to drive process improvements and safe operation.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of CNC programming experience
  • Experience programming Fanuc-controlled CNC equipment
  • Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling
  • Ability to read technical prints and GD&T
  • Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and inspection tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
  • Manufacturing environment experience required

Job description

A growing precision manufacturer is seeking a CNC Programmer for 1st shift. This role will develop and optimize CNC programs for milling and machining operations while partnering closely with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
