We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and demonstrate proficiency in programming CNC machines to produce high-quality components. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can interpret technical drawings and specifications, ensuring precision and accuracy in machining processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using AutoCAD, RouterCim, and WoodWOP
• Set up and operate CNC machines, including performing necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Conduct inspections using measuring tools to verify the accuracy of machined parts.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
• Maintain documentation related to programming changes, machine setups, and production runs.

Experience

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with a strong understanding of machining processes.
• Familiarity with CAD programming software and its application in CNC operations.
• Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Competence in using precision measuring instruments is preferred.
