CNC Programmer Act

Full-time CNC Set-Up/Operator on 1st shift.

Responsibilities:

1. Review schedule to determine when and where to set-up jobs.
2. Read and understand blueprints and tolerances.
3. Replace worn tools.
4. Adhere to quality assurance procedures and processes.
5. Check parts with measuring devices such as micrometers and calipers.
6. Set and adjust offsets when necessary.
7. Evaluate product quality and make adjustments to meet specifications.
8. Follow safety policies, procedures, and rules.
9. Set up and operate secondary operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Fanuc Controls (understanding machining center software and programming languages).
• CNC-related education or experience, on-the-job or from school, or both.
