CNC PROGRAMMER

RB Royal is a premium manufacturer of fluid transfer systems, including custom coils, tubing, and hoses that move water, air, oil, and fuel. We serve markets such as marine, automotive, construction, motorsports, agriculture, food processing, medical, and power generation. As our customer base and orders grow, we are seeking an additional CNC Programmer/Operator for our Fond du Lac facility.

Hours

• Monday through Thursday
• 5:00 am - 3:00 pm or 3:00 pm - 1:00 am

Duties and Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and technical data to determine tooling requirements, setup procedures, control settings, methods, and sequences.
• Enter computer programs for parts based on technical data from drawings, engineering, and other sources.
• Select and communicate the type of tooling required for each job.
• Mount, align, and secure tooling, attachments, and workpieces on machines.
• Program controllers to run parts as specified.
• Train assembly operators on CNC operation.
• Use statistical process controls to ensure quality production.
• Adjust setup and tooling as needed.
• Load new data into coordinate measuring machines and verify products against blueprints.
• Support job estimates and prototype development.
• Participate in testing and request new tooling as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines required.
• Metalworking courses at a technical school preferred.
• Completion of an apprenticeship or credits toward a journeyman preferred.
