A well-established manufacturing company in Arizona is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support ongoing production needs. This is an urgent opening for a hands-on programmer who can both program and run CNC equipment in a production environment.

Job Details

Salary: $32 - $36 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines using FeatureCAM
• Program and run CNC 3-axis mills and CNC lathes
• Set up machines and make program adjustments as needed
• Interpret blueprints and machining requirements
• Monitor part quality and perform in-process checks
• Work closely with shop leadership to support production deadlines

Required Experience

• Prior FeatureCAM programming experience preferred
• Ability to program and run CNC mills and lathes
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processesComfortable working in a production environmentHands-on, self-directed approach
