Job summary

Ascentec Engineering in Oregon is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan, direct, and lead day-to-day manufacturing activities. You will deploy resources aligned with company goals, and work cross-functionally with quality, materials, packaging & shipping, engineering, and human resources to ensure daily production needs are met.

This is an onsite role. Responsibilities include guiding staff, training, enforcing policies, budgeting, scheduling, problem solving, and coordinating with other

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Business Management or Engineering and 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Advanced Excel preferred.
• Excellent coaching and communication skills.
• Experience in CNC machining environment; knowledge of CNC controls.
• Able to handle complex issues in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
