The position requires 5+ years in CNC machining, strong leadership, and proficiency with GD&T. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, with a day shift Monday–Thursday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or CNC certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in CNC machining with 2+ years in lead/supervisory role.
• Proficiency operating and setting up Okuma, Mazak, Fanuc Robodrill, and Haas centers.
• Strong knowledge of G-code/M-code and blueprint reading (GD&T).
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of machinists and operators (1–5 on day shift).
• Set up, operate and support CNC machine centers; interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Mentor staff, coordinate tasks and ensure on-time production goals.
