Job summary

Ascentec Engineering is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan, direct, and lead day-to-day manufacturing functions. This role will coordinate with quality, materials, packaging & shipping, engineering, and HR to meet company goals.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate degree in Business Management or Engineering with 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong MS Office skills, and CNC machining experience. This is an onsite, non-remote position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Management or Engineering and 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required; advanced Excel preferred.
• Excellent coaching and communication skills; ability to track expenses and build budget reports.
• Knowledge of production planning processes; strong strategic planning abilities.
• Experience in a CNC machining environment; understanding of CNC controls and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate and lead day-to-day manufacturing functions to deploy resources toward company goals.
• Collaborate with quality, materials, packaging & shipping, engineering, HR, and other departments as needed.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff; resolve disputes and optimize workflow.
• Maintain production schedules, monitor performance, and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and ITAR requirements; maintain clean, safe work environment.
