Job summary

Ascentec Engineering, LLC is hiring a Production Supervisor to plan, direct, coordinate and lead day-to-day manufacturing activities to deploy resources in alignment with company goals. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with quality, materials, packaging & shipping, engineering and HR to ensure daily manufacturing needs are met.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business management or engineering; 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required; advanced Excel preferred.
• Excellent coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to track expenses and prepare budget reports.
• Broad knowledge of production planning processes; strategic planning skills.
• Experience in a CNC machining environment is required; understanding CNC controls.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing activities to meet company goals.
• Communicate expectations, plan, monitor, and evaluate job results.
• Recruit, train, and develop employees; enforce company policies.
• Oversee scheduling, production plans, and cross-department collaboration.
• Identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure production equipment is evaluated and maintained; monitor safety policies.
