Felss Group GmbH in New Berlin, WI is seeking a Production Supervisor who will translate the daily production plan into tasks and staffing, track performance, and adjust in real time to meet schedule. You will also support recruiting, uphold quality, and lead training for a high‑performing crew.

Responsibilities include enforcing SOPs, conducting safety inspections, managing materials flow and off‑shift coverage to keep production moving, and driving continuous improvement with lean

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• Hands-on manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Translate the production plan into tasks and staffing; track schedule and adjust in real time.
• Support recruiting and selection of production team members.
• Uphold quality via standardized checks and documented procedures.
• Lead training and cross-training; conduct regular progress reviews.
• Set performance expectations; coach and deliver feedback via appraisals.
• Participate in safety inspections and uphold OSHA-aligned practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop floor supporting safety and efficiency.
• Manage materials flow and stock levels to meet demand.
• Provide direction for off-shift production to maintain continuity.
