Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for our precision machining operations in Wisconsin. You’ll translate the daily production plan into tasks and staffing, then guide the floor to meet the schedule while upholding quality, safety, and cleanliness.

You'll lead training, mentor team members, monitor performance, and coordinate with off-shift activities to sustain continuous production. Strong supervision, CNC/milling knowledge, ERP experience, and a hands-on approach are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Experience with CNC milling and machining operations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Translate the production plan into clear tasks and staffing for the day and track performance against the schedule.
• Support recruiting and selection of production team members to build a high-performing crew.
• Uphold quality by ensuring operators follow standardized checks and documented procedures.
• Lead training and cross-training; set performance expectations and provide feedback.
• Maintain a clean, safe shop floor and manage stock levels for materials and finished goods.
