Job summary

Ace Precision Machining is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to motivate and guide our production team on the shop floor, ensuring safe, high‑quality output and on‑time deliveries. You will coach employees, streamline processes, and maintain a strong safety culture.

You’ll monitor daily operations, interpret drawings and specs, schedule work with Production Control, and partner with leaders to drive continuous improvement across Oconomowoc and Menomonee Falls facilities in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Manufacturing, Business, or related field with 3+ years of supervisory/lead experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, develop, and direct a team of production employees.
• Identify developmental needs and help employees grow their skills, knowledge, and confidence.
• Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality, housekeeping, and safety standards.
• Verify finished products using inspection tools including bore gages, rail gages, and micrometers.
• Interpret complex drawings, routings, and specifications.
• Analyze work orders and production schedules to plan for efficiency and achieve daily goals.
• Work closely with other supervisors and management to streamline processes and boost overall productivity.
• Partner with Production Control to schedule work, manage assignments, and maintain workflow between shifts.
• Bring your knowledge of raw materials and manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement.
