Qualifications

• 5–8 years of supervisory or leadership experience in CNC machining.
• High school diploma required; college education preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop manufacturing employees.
