Confidential in Texas is seeking a Production Planner to lead production planning and scheduling in a precision CNC environment for the medical device and semiconductor industries. This role focuses on developing and maintaining production schedules in Global Shop ERP, aligning demand, capacity, materials, and priorities to achieve on-time delivery.

Collaborate with Supervisors, Engineering, and Purchasing to improve scheduling accuracy, ERP data quality, and shop-floor execution while driving

Qualifications

5-7 years of production planning in a manufacturing related field.
Experience with CNC machining and precision manufacturing processes.
Experience with Global Shop ERP/MRP.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and long-range production schedules using Global Shop ERP.
Translate customer orders, forecasts, and manufacturing requirements into executable shop schedules.
Coordinate with Supervisors, Leads, and Purchasing to optimize throughput and meet delivery commitments.
Monitor capacity, material readiness, and lead times for planning purposes.
Identify bottlenecks and adjust priorities to prevent late deliveries.
Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy and track schedule performance.
